    In January of this year my wife and I purchased a 2007Allegro Bay from your company.

    Labor Day weekend we went to Laughlin- Avi RV Park. Some time after 6pm Friday, August 31st on a holiday weekend I called Ed Clark’s cell # because the coach had lost half of its power, I had already checked everything I could find. Well, not only did Ed answer the cell phone but walked me through checking everything he could think of that could cause the problem until he suggested that I unplug the coach and plug it into another outlet. Yes, you guessed it; it was the parks problem and not the coach. But, knowing that you and your employees are there for us even on a holiday weekend makes us feel even more secure with our Allegro Bay and Johnnie Walker. Ed Clark is an asset to your dealership and I would like to say thank you for your availability, knowledge, and caring about your customers. THANK YOU ED CLARK.
