  • I have read about it, and I have heard about it. That is, those who have been on the road with their RV’s and had sudden problems, and had an exceptional place to provide service. I want you to know that we have experienced one of those places.

    While visiting Zion Nat’l Park we started to notice that our refrigerator was not cooling properly. Frustrated and angry as we had experienced this problem once before we eventually found ourselves calling Johnnie Walker. On May 21 we came in and immediately found a friendly and helpful staff ready to work with us. After two bad experiences with Norcold we decided to put in a household refrigerator. Ken Allen indicated they had never installed one before but felt sure it would be no problem if we could find one to fit. We traversed the city and found one that we thought would work. It was delivered and after pulling the old unit, the new one was found to be too deep. After returning it and ordering online we found that unit was no longer available. Frustrated and feeling guilty for tying up space and time, we found wonderful support from the staff which includes Ken Allen, Al Spurlock, and Jeremy Johnson. They assured us we were ok and they would help as soon as we were ready. They had given us a key to the gate and offered a place to stay while the nightmare continued. We finally found a unit, had it delivered on an  upcoming holiday weekend. We left with our car to sightsee while our unit was worked on. We returned to find them working to finish the job. While we waited, we sat in the waiting area and over several hours met a number of people whom worked at Johnnie Walker, All of them were so positive about their experiences working with the company. Steve Nepa was helpful in getting me info on my rig that I was not able to get, several sales people stopped to see if all way ok, and in general treated us with interest and kindness. Al worked to have our warranty and extended warranty cover anything possible and did an exceptional job. Ready to leave, we said our goodbyes to all those people and got on the road.

    I will continue to praise Johnnie Walker RV Center as one that cares about their customers and goes well beyond the norm in the way they treat customers, I plan to send notices to several magazines I receive letting them know they can add Johnnie Walker RV Center to those they suggest for great treatment, fair pricing, and wonderful service.
